Requests for Quote (RFQs), Samples & Contract Formation
In short: web submissions are non-binding inquiries — a real contract forms only once we issue a signed Pro-Forma Invoice and terms are met.
To ensure full clarity regarding international commercial trades:
- Non-Binding Web Submissions — Submitting a Request for Quote (RFQ), spec configuration, or sample request via this website constitutes an inquiry, not a binding purchase order or sales contract.
- Indicative Pricing & Specs — Any estimated prices, container capacities (FCL/LCL), lead times, or minimum order quantities (MOQ) displayed on this platform are indicative for evaluation purposes and subject to final confirmation.
- Binding Contract Formation — A legally binding commercial agreement is established only when MASK Associates issues a formal Pro-Forma Invoice (PFI) or Sales Contract signed by an authorized Export Sales manager, and the Buyer completes the agreed-upon payment terms (such as Letter of Credit - L/C or Telegraphic Transfer - T/T).
User Submissions, Artwork & Trademarks
In short: you keep ownership of what you upload — we're only licensed to use it for your own quotes and orders.
When you upload corporate logos, custom packaging mockups, CAD drawings, or branding artwork via our RFQ tools:
- Ownership — You retain full ownership of all proprietary artwork, logos, and trademarks submitted to us.
- Limited License Grant — You grant MASK Associates a non-exclusive, royalty-free, limited license to store, reproduce, and use your uploaded assets solely for generating quote proofs, physical sample prototypes, and executing manufacturing orders on your behalf.
- Warranty of Authority — You represent and warrant that you own or hold all required intellectual property rights to any brand mark, design, or technical specification uploaded to our systems.
Intellectual Property Rights
In short: our site content is our property — no reproduction or redistribution without written approval.
All original contents on this website—including technical text, product photography, digital CAD mockups, branding graphics, site code, and visual layout—are the exclusive property of MASK Associates (Pvt) Ltd. and protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and international intellectual property laws.

Product Specifications, Tolerances & Accuracy

While MASK Associates maintains strict Quality Control (QC) standards for natural fiber, jute, and industrial packaging products:
- Natural Fiber Variances — Due to the inherent nature of raw jute, natural fibers, and textile weaving, minor variations in shade, fabric GSM (+/- tolerance), moisture content, and print register may occur within standard international trade limits.
- Information Accuracy — We strive to keep all technical specs and laboratory certifications up to date. However, exact technical parameters for an enterprise order must be re-confirmed in writing with our Export Sales or Quality Assurance teams prior to mass production.
