Step 01

Raw Fiber Sourcing & Rigorous Grading

Delta SelectionWe source premium raw jute (Tossa, White, and Meshta) directly from trusted agricultural farms across the fertile Bengal Delta.
Expert Fiber SelectionExperienced fiber graders evaluate raw strands based on tensile strength, length, luster, color, and speck density.
CategorizationFibers are segregated into official export grades (e.g., BJT Special to E, BJW, BMR) to match specific manufacturing requirements—whether for high-tensile yarn, heavy sacking, or raw fiber export.

Step 02

Batching & Food-Grade (VOT) Processing

Softening & ConditioningSelected raw fibers pass through softener machines to prepare them for carding and spinning.
Vegetable Oil Treatment (VOT)For food-contact products (such as coffee, cocoa, and grain bags or spooled food yarns), we apply 100% natural, non-toxic vegetable oil emulsions.
Zero Hydrocarbon RiskThis process eliminates mineral hydrocarbon oils (MOH/MOAH), ensuring completely odorless, non-toxic, and food-safe end products that meet strict global food packaging directives.

Step 03

Carding, Drawing & Precision Spinning

Breaker & Finisher CardingFibers are processed through breaker and finisher cards to align strands, remove impurities, and produce uniform jute sliver.
Drawing & RovingSliver is drawn and doubled to achieve precise weight per length, ensuring balanced yarn density.
Precision SpinningAdvanced spinning frames twist the fibers into fine single-ply or multi-ply yarns, maintaining tight control over yarn count, breaking strength, and twist per inch (TPI).

Weaving, Finishes & Bag Stitching

Woven Cloth ProductionHigh-speed looms weave spun yarns into dense, breathable fabrics—ranging from lightweight Hessian (burlap) to heavy-duty A-Twill/B-Twill sacking cloth.
Custom FinishesCloth can be calendered, bleached, dyed, or laminated based on buyer specifications.
Precision Cutting & StitchingFor jute bags, fabrics are cut, hemmed, and heavy-duty stitched along seams to withstand loads up to 90 kg+.
Custom BrandingBags are high-definition screen-printed using safe, non-toxic, food-grade inks to display buyer logos, batch codes, and origin marks.

Step 05

Packaging & Export Preparation

Spools & TwinesYarns are precision-wound onto paper/wooden conical spools or coreless mini-spools, individually poly-wrapped to protect against ambient humidity, and bundled into heavy jute trusses.
Bales & Cloth RollsRaw fibers, fabrics, and stitched bags are compressed using high-pressure hydraulic presses into dense export bales, bound securely with steel hoops or heavy jute strapping to maximize container space.
Clear Export MarkingEvery bale and truss is clearly labeled with international transport marks: MADE IN BANGLADESH, contract ID, gross/net weight, and truss numbering.

Quality Control

ISO Guideline SupervisionPrior to dispatch, every consignment goes through our quality control process.
Compliance ChecksSurveyors verify weight, moisture levels, yarn count/weave density, VOT hydrocarbon-free compliance, and bale packaging integrity.
CertificationOfficial Quality, Weight, and Origin memos are issued before goods are released for port transfer.

Step 07

Inland Logistics & Chittagong Port Loading

Protected Inland TransitCargo is loaded into covered, dry-body trucks directly from the mill floor to prevent moisture exposure during inland transportation to Chittagong Port (Chattogram). Every consignment is video or snapshot recorded.
Port Handling & StuffingGoods are transferred under supervision into 20' or 40' FCL shipping containers at port logistics yards.
Vessel Loading & Ocean TransitContainers are loaded onto ocean liners under standard Incoterms (FOB Chittagong, CFR, or CIF), with shipping documents (Bill of Lading, Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Certificate of Origin, Inspection Certificate) promptly dispatched to the buyer or presenting bank.

Production & VOT Processing

Mill production, quality checks, spooled packaging, or bale pressing.

Process survey during & after production

SGS/Intertek/Nominated surveyor tests weight, VOT, and packaging.
