Raw Jute Fibers & Varieties
Tossa Jute (Corchorus olitorius)
Tossa Jute is the premium, golden natural fiber native to the fertile soils of Bangladesh. Known for its silkier texture, superior natural luster, and extraordinary tensile strength, Tossa Jute represents the bulk of global high-grade jute production. The fibers are longer, softer, and more pliable than other varieties, making Tossa the ideal choice for spinning fine yarns, high-end burlap fabrics, apparel, and durable packaging materials.
Higher Tensile Strength
Produces stronger yarns and heavy-duty fabrics with exceptional load-bearing capacity.
Soft & Silky Texture
Reduces friction during mill processing, lowering fiber breakage rates.
100% Biodegradable
Naturally degrades without harmful toxic byproducts or microplastics.

White Jute (Corchorus capsularis)
White Jute is the traditional jute variety grown in low-lying flooded regions of Bangladesh. Characterized by its light off-white to pale cream color, White Jute produces crisp, sturdy fibers with natural stiffness. While slightly less silky than Tossa, White Jute excels in structural sacking applications, ropes, twines, paper pulp manufacturing, and specialized industrial non-woven textiles.
Consistent Light Tone
Takes dye evenly for specialty colored textiles and decorative products.
High Rigidity
Excellent stiffness for structural sacks and reinforced agricultural bundling.
Eco-Friendly Alternative
Ideal renewable raw material for paper, pulp, and eco-insulation.

Meshta Jute (Hibiscus cannabinus)
Meshta Jute (also known as Kenaf) is a coarse, resilient natural bast fiber harvested from hardy, drought-tolerant plants. Meshta fibers are slightly stiffer and possess higher resistance to moisture and rotting than standard soft jutes. It is widely blended with Tossa or White jute to add structural body, thickness, and durability to heavy sacking fabrics, marine ropes, and industrial carpets.
High Moisture Resistance
Performs exceptionally well in outdoor and humid storage environments.
Cost-Effective Blending
Provides an economical alternative for heavy packaging and composite manufacturing.
Coarse Strength
Delivers high resistance to abrasions and tears under rough handling.

Jute Yarn & Twines
Food-Grade (VOT) & Industrial Jute Yarn
Our Jute Yarns are precision-spun from selected Tossa and White jute fibers. Manufactured in both standard industrial grades and Vegetable Oil Treated (VOT) Food-Grade variants, these yarns process seamlessly on automated weaving machines and carpet looms. VOT yarns use non-toxic vegetable oils during batching, ensuring total freedom from mineral hydrocarbon contamination and making them safe for food packaging.
Food Contact Safe (VOT)
Fully compliant with international food safety standards for cocoa, coffee, and grain packaging.
Low Breakage Rate
Precision-wound spools ensure minimal machine downtime during high-speed production.

Jute Cloth (Woven Fabrics)
Hessian Cloth & Sacking Fabric
Jute Cloth encompasses plain-weave Hessian (burlap) and heavy-weave Sacking cloth woven from 100% natural Tossa and White jute fibers. Hessian cloth is a lightweight, open-weave fabric widely used for eco-friendly packaging, agricultural wrapping, geotextiles, upholstery, and decorative crafts. Sacking fabric is a heavier, double-warp twill fabric designed specifically to withstand severe weight stress in bulk commodity transportation.
Breathable Cellular Weave
Allows airflow, preventing condensation and spoilage of stored agricultural crops.
Custom Finishes
Available in natural, bleached, dyed, or laminated options.
High Tear Resistance
Heavy sacking fabric resists punctures during transport and hook handling.
